Dry Kilns

Our four Moore dry kilns have a combined capacity of 680,000 board feet. They carefully reduce the moisture content of the solid sawn stock to specifications, usually 19% for distribution sizes and 22% for transmission. Each kiln is continuously monitored to achieve sterilization of the material.
